Dutch Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL), which has its headquarters in Shapla Chattar in the center of motijheel, the main business area of Dhaka which is actually the core of commerce of the country for decades. The concept was to build an iconic multistory commercial headquarters that will not only accomplish the project's goals but also leave a significant impression on the area representing the bold identity that can portray its stability. On the other hand, an ideal and practical floor layout is suggested to offer a suitable working atmosphere while keeping in mind the nature of a corporate headquarters.
One of the factors was allowing natural light into the internal area, therefore a nice balance of solidity and transparency is present in the outside façade to ensure that. All of these factors were taken into account to ensure that the project gives an appearance of a profound landmark in the area while maintaining a modern design.
